A: Usually we take between 7-15 working days depending on the type of case and workload at the time of order being placed. Contact us before you order to be sure.

A:TT 30% deposit after order confirmed, 70% balance paid before shipment.

4.Q:Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra?

A:Because cases are all customized,so we appreciated that if you could pay the customization fee.

5.Q:What certificate do you have?

A:CE,ROHS and CCC certification.

6.Q:How does your factory to control the quality?

A:We control products quality under the instruction of national standards.

 A: Air bubble film and Carton.

 A: Free parts provided once broken within one year.

 A: Yes, we welcome OEM order as well.

 A: Yes, we can make logo on the product for clients.

 A:Our factory is located in T-Brisun industrial Zone,Tiantou Village,Pingshan New district ,Shenzhen ,China.

 It is about 60 minutes by taxi from Shenzhen airport to our factory.
